All Nozzle Kits and Freight shipped items (Air Compressors, Pressure Washers / Pumps and Snowmaking Packages) are NON-REFUNDABLE Purchases. Please make your purchase decision with this in mind.
Non-Defective Merchandise:
Snowmakers (Models: SNOPRO, SG6 X-Stream and SG7 X-Stream) can only be returned in UNOPENED, UNUSED condition. Once packaging has been opened, the snowmaker is NON-REFUNDABLE. If the return is older than 30 days, we CANNOT authorize a return under any circumstance. In the event that SNOWatHOME, LLC authorizes the return of merchandise the merchandise must be meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: Returned within 30 days (no exceptions), in unopened original packaging, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged, and in saleable condition, including, but not limited to: all hoses, connectors, parts, documentation and information. Prior to returning any merchandise, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from SNOWatHOME, LLC. RMA's are valid for 5 working days. Any non-defective merchandise returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any merchandise returned in a non-resalable condition will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any costs involved to bring the merchandise to a saleable condition. Merchandise returned without an RMA will be refused. All merchandise must be returned with freight prepaid and must be insured.

Warranty/Repair:
The SNOPRO™, SG6 X-Stream™ and SG7 X-Stream™ snowmakers come with a 6 month warranty that the snowmaker(s) is/are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
If they prove otherwise, we will repair or replace them, at our option, without charge to the owner.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instruction manual.
Pressure Washers and Air Compressors will be covered under warranty but are NON-REFUNDABLE purchases.
